Gain is an acronym for Governance, Access, Inclusion and Networking. It is a board development programme which aims to enrich arts, sports and heritage organisations in London. The programme promotes good governance practice. Individuals seeking board management opportunities will develop the skills and knowledge required to effectively serve as trustees of participating organisations.
The Independent Theatre Council is managing this programme, on behalf of five partners; Arts Council England, Museums Libraries and Archives, Sporting Equals, the Greater London Authority and Arts & Business, who collectively fund and steer the programme.
