The Gain programme 2011/12 will build on the current London Programme (which has focussed on BAME and Disability) to explore wider issues of inclusion and diversity.

“Through the use of experienced professional trainers and structured creative workshops, the GAIN programme fosters an environment based on peer learning, critical analysis and core reading. Its blended learning approach is the hallmark of GAIN and support is widely available at every turn. Whether someone engages GAIN to get an insight into the Board room or to seek an opportunity for placement, it provides a excellent window of potential” Gain participant

The programme will equip participants with the skills and knowledge they need to serve as board members of London-based arts, heritage or sports organisations. The programme will offer successful participants with the opportunity to attend a selection of training courses, ongoing support and networking opportunities.
