Training and Induction Sessions
These sessions are designed to continue the process of peer support and enable participants to gather information on their training/development needs as well as allowing them time to reflect on their individual learning and working style.
Purpose of these induction sessions:
To officially welcome selected Board members to the Programme.
To continue the networking amongst the potential board members and to start the process of peer support.
To allow attendees to reflect on their own preferred learning and working style.
To identify the training and development needs of potential board members.
To gather relevant information which will be relayed to Gain trainers in order to inform the design of the training programme.
To allow ITC staff to get to know people, which will help with the matching process between participants and organisations.
