Training and Induction Sessions
These sessions are designed to continue the process of peer support and enable participants to gather information on their training/development needs as well as allowing them time to reflect on their individual learning and working style.


Purpose of these induction sessions:


  • To officially welcome selected Board members to the Programme.
  • To continue the networking amongst the potential board members and to start the process of peer support.
  • To allow attendees to reflect on their own preferred learning and working style.
  • To identify the training and development needs of potential board members.
  • To gather relevant information which will be relayed to Gain trainers in order to inform the design of the training programme.
  • To allow ITC staff to get to know people, which will help with the matching process between participants and organisations.
